I am wanting to get an estimate for what it would cost to add to the back of my house. I am wanting to go 15 to 20 feet out from the back of my house and then take that the whole length of my house. and then maybe split that room into 3 rooms. my house is a bi-level house 3 years old.

Looking to convert a screened porch into a livable space. Has roof and cement foundation. Has electrical outlets and 2 ceiling fans, no HVAC. The space is about 11' by 22'. Would need french doors into the house, has a sliding glass door now, and a doorway exiting to the outside.

We are thinking about adding on to our house. We live in Waterford sub-division and have the ability to add on with permission from the committee. We have a single level home right and want to add a second story over the back half of the house and maybe extend the back wall of the house. The reason we want to go up is the limited size of our back yard. In this space I would need a Great Room, and Master bedroom w/ a full bath. On the main level we may chose to redo the kitchen area as well...?
